My old Dokuwiki template was outdated and had problems since two DokuWiki Releases. Finally I junked the old template and fixed the problems by using an modified version of the DokuWiki standard template.
Changing the template resulted in changing the wiki-structure itself. I've changed the structure of blogtng and the pages. To obtain the comments while changing the pagenames was tricky but i hope I've got all.
